Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high standard of service in the bar area, adhering to hotel brand standards and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Be friendly, helpful, and approachable to all guests.
  • Help serve food and drinks, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a visible presence to promptly address customer requests.
  • Upsell products where appropriate.
  • Handle cash, charge, float, and till procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department and contribute positively to departmental targets.
  • Perform all reasonable requests by management.
Knowledge Required
  • Understanding of hotel brand and values.
  • Knowledge of hotel products and services, with ability to promote and up-sell.
  • Understanding of hotel cash handling procedures.
Key Performance Metrics
  • Positive contribution to department and hotel goals.
  • Effective upselling skills.
  • Attendance at training sessions and willingness to develop skills.
  • Fulfillment of job skills and responsibilities.
Attributes and Experience
