Job Description

As a Bar Manager, you will work closely with directors to shape the drink offerings for retail and events, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront. Your responsibilities include running the bar, maintaining and improving service standards, managing supplier relationships to obtain the best prices, leading and training the team, conducting stock takes, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, attending management meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in Food & Beverage, demonstrate humility, approachability, and professionalism, and possess an interest in responsible sourcing and knowledge of food and beverage operations.
