Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations across the hotel bar, terrace, and Marine Suite events bar
• Manage bar-based food service in the lounge and outdoor spaces
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing hospitality team
• Deliver exceptional guest service, driving quality and consistency
• Implement seasonal menus, activations, and local promotions to grow sales
• Monitor compliance, licensing, and safety standards
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams for seamless service
• Manage rotas, cost control, and stock/inventory processes
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as Bar Manager or Assistant Manager in hotel bars, gastro pubs, or event venues
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Creative understanding of bar trends, mixology, and guest experience design
• Confident managing high-volume service across multiple outlets
• Familiar with EPOS, rota systems, and inventory control
• Excellent communicator with calm, hands-on management style
