Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…

• Taking responsibility for all bar operations
• Showcasing flawless product knowledge of all beverages and strong stock control skills
• Managing, mentoring and motivating the teams across 3 bars throughout the hotel
• Ensuring all beverages are picture-perfect and meet the high standards set by the hotel
• Maintaining high standards of courtesy, service and cleanliness of the bar area
• Going above and beyond to ensure all team members provide a friendly and professional service for guests
