This Bar Managers role is for a one-of-a-kind business in Brighton with so many different and exciting things happening in one venue

I am seeking a Bar Manager to run an iconic venue in Brighton. This really is for a creative Bar Manager to get stuck into with freedom to bring in new suppliers, create new menus, be proactive in the offering. This site has so much under the one roof 2 permanent bars split across 2 floors including private cocktail room, with private dining and unbeatable outside space along with seasonal pop-up bars. You will be part of an 8 strong management team overseeing 100 staff.

Strong knowledge of cocktails and high-volume experience is key for applicants to be successful.
