Responsibilities

• Adhere to licensing, health & safety, and fire procedures.
• Welcomes guests, takes orders, makes recommendations, and serves drinks.
• Support revenue-generating initiatives and meet budgeted sales targets.
• Assist in staff training and liaise with senior management to develop key team members.
• Coach and supervise staff during service to maintain exceptional standards.
