The Job Role
- Bar manager within a quality hotel.
- Training and developing the enthusiastic existing staff.
- Manage stocks and bar control.
- Big focus on wines with wine flights to go with menus and wine evenings put on in the amazing cellar.
The Requirements
- A strong bar background, ideally at high end venues or hotels.
- Excellent wine knowledge - minimum WSET Level 2 required.
- Sense of ownership and accountability for stock results.
- Second to none service standards alongside a calm approach to busy service periods.
- Confident knowledge on cellar management, wines and cocktails.
- The Bar Manager will be a natural trainer and developer of a team.
