The Job Role

• Bar manager within a quality hotel.
• Training and developing the enthusiastic existing staff.
• Manage stocks and bar control.
• Big focus on wines with wine flights to go with menus and wine evenings put on in the amazing cellar.

The Requirements

• A strong bar background, ideally at high end venues or hotels.
• Excellent wine knowledge - minimum WSET Level 2 required.
• Sense of ownership and accountability for stock results.
• Second to none service standards alongside a calm approach to busy service periods.
• Confident knowledge on cellar management, wines and cocktails.
• The Bar Manager will be a natural trainer and developer of a team.

• Semi-rural location.
• Free parking available.
• Own transport preferred due to location.
