This is a hands-on role within a well-established community rugby club, covering bar and hospitality operations, functions and events, stock and suppliers, and the coordination of casual staff. The General Committee has ambitious plans for the continued development of the clubhouse, bar and hospitality offering, and the Clubhouse Bar Manager will play a key role in implementing these plans and taking them forward, while bringing their own ideas and experience to help shape the future of the Club's facilities.
We’re looking for someone who can take responsibility, make things happen and bring ideas to help develop the clubhouse and increase its use and revenue. Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, sports/social club or events environment would be ideal.
