Job Title: Bar Manager

Job Type: Temporary 1 Day Initially

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bar Manager to oversee operations for a one-day event. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to step in and take charge of the bar, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bar staff and ensure efficient service
• Handle stock control and restocking as needed
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
• Serve drinks and manage cash/card transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Supervisor
• Confident managing a small team
• Strong knowledge of drink service, licensing laws, and bar operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available on Saturday 21st June 2025 for the full shift
