The role:

We currently have Bar Manager roles available at several London sites.

To support the General and Assistant General Managers in running the team to maintain a successful, profitable business. The ideal candidate will have proven high-volume bar management experience.

You will manage a team of supervisors, bar staff, and security, drive standards and sales, and deputise as AGM in your GM’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the bars across the site
• Delivering budgeted top-line sales and ensuring profit through tight stock control
• Managing a team while promoting engagement and development
• Collaborating with the site management team on safe and profitable large-scale event days
• Working within company budgets relating to drinks, labour, and consumables to ensure service standards and guest experience
• Managing all aspects of bar service to exceed guest expectations, spearheading initiatives, incentives, and bonuses to maximize guest satisfaction

• Proven experience managing high-volume, large-turnover bar operations
• Confident, articulate, and highly motivated
• Well-trained with good understanding of H&S and due diligence
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• High personal integrity
• Passionate and proactive
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to build strong relationships with team members and tenants
• Understanding of event production and marketing
