The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our bar operation. You’ll be the driving force behind our drinks offering, team development, and guest experience at the bar—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor.



Responsibilities


  • Lead the bar team with confidence, ensuring consistent high standards of service and product knowledge




  • Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure availability and quality




  • Develop seasonal cocktail menus and work with the wider team on drinks strategy




  • Maintain excellent hygiene and health & safety standards in line with company policy




  • Train, coach, and inspire junior team members to grow in their roles




  • Handle opening/closing duties, cashing up, and day-to-day shift management




  • Ensure the bar is always welcoming, well-presented, and efficient





About You


  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Supervisor within a premium gastropub, bar, or restaurant




  • Passionate about craft beers, wines, cocktails, and exceptional service




  • Highly organised with strong leadership and communication skills




  • Confident in stock management, rota planning, and delivering on GP targets




  • Creative, enthusiastic, and team-focused with a genuine love of hospitality
