As a Bar Manager, you will be a hands-on operator who, using your knowledge and experience, will motivate, educate, and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience. You should have similar Bar Manager experience, preferably within high-profile bars, and be accustomed to high volume and high standards while working under pressure.

We hold internal Cocktail Competitions where you or a team member can showcase your cocktails by adding to the eclectic drinks menu. We encourage our Bar Teams to embrace the latest drinks trends.

There is daily and weekly paperwork to complete, but you will be familiar with Stock Control systems and writing Rotas to a budget, so this won't be an issue. Everything else can be taught on the job.
