Job description

We are now looking for a Bar Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee all bar and drinks operations at this prestigious venue.

What You'll Do:

As Bar Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring our bar and drinks operations run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing multiple bars and drink reception operations across diverse events.
  2. Leading, motivating, and inspiring a large casual and permanent team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  3. Overseeing stock planning, ordering, and control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost management.
  4. Supporting drinks menu creation, SOP development, and innovative service delivery.
  5. Collaborating with senior management, event leads, and hospitality teams to deliver outstanding service.
  6. Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations.

You should be an experienced bar professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. A keen eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and a passion for people and product are essential.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in Bar Management or Supervisory roles within hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, stock management, and financial controls.
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to coach, motivate, and retain team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and guests.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and adaptable to changing demands.
  • Personal Licence holder (essential).

Desirable: Cocktail knowledge, wine & spirit expertise, and experience with menu planning.
