Salary: £36,000-38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

We are extremely excited that Albert's Schloss Liverpool, Mission Mars are growing their team again and looking for a Bar Manager to join the Liverpool site and support our Bar operation, with a particular focus on our guest experience bonus and guest satisfaction.

Albert's Schloss Liverpool provides World Class Food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, an outstanding range of drinks, cocktails and beers from our Bier Palace and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!

We are looking for an Bar Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss and submerse them into a fun, exciting and thorough training programme across all areas to get a full understanding of the venue, before specialising and leading your Bar team. This role is open to someone who has specialist experience on the bar and who has strong Management experience.

Who we need...

• Previous Management experience with a heavy wet led background
• Experienced in managing an energised and engaged team via 1 to 1's, team incentives & development
• Has a real authentic desire to develop from within
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Experience in a busy, fast paced business
• All the usual financial stuff... (we can teach all of that for the right person)

Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!
