Tonic Talent is seeking a Bar Manager for a renowned restaurant in the Lichfield area. You will lead a stable team, develop a quality drinks and service offer, and ensure HACCP compliance, bar cleanliness and stock control.

Person Required

• A minimum of 1 year in bar management role within a quality establishment
