MC Group-UK is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead busy bar operations at Namaste Lounge Northwood. You will manage the bar team, ensure exceptional service, monitor stock and costs, and coordinate activities across the main and garden bars to maintain high operational standards.

The role requires strong leadership, an eye for detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Immediate start, full-time, with a service charge benefit.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a busy restaurant, lounge or hospitality venue.
• Strong cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge.
• Proven experience managing and training a bar team.
• Good understanding of stock management, ordering and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient and professional service.
• Supervise, train and motivate bartenders and bar support staff.
• Ensure all staff follow cocktail recipes, drink specifications and presentation standards.
• Manage stock control, ordering, stocktakes and wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Ensure daily and weekly cleaning schedules and operational checklists are completed.
• Manage shift handovers.
• Monitor beverage costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure licensing compliance and company procedures.
• Work with restaurant management to maintain high standards.

Namaste Lounge, Northwood, is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our busy bar operations.. . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar team, maintaining exceptional service standards, controlling stock and costs, and ensuring the smooth running of both our main bar and garden bar.. .Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
