Job summary

The Scotsman Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations across our venues in Scotland. You will supervise service standards, ensure consistently excellent customer service, and manage stock while guiding a team in a lively hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong leadership, and excellent communication with commercial awareness. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential; the role offers flexible working

The Role:

As bar manager, your role will include:

• Supervising daily bar operation.
• Managing service standards and ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered
• Staff training, recruitment and development.
• Monitoringand ordering stock.

• Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
