This is a key position in the company with direct responsibility for the day-to-day running of our two themed bars. Bars Manager’s Duties:

• Managing and motivating the team, whilst also liaising with other heads of department to ensure constant excellence throughout
• Menu creation and an innovative flair for creative excellence; including staying ahead of industry trends
• Stock taking and ordering
• Rota planning and scheduling, ensuring that deadlines are met, and overseeing the daily shifts with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties and leading by example
• Ensuring that all guests consistently receive prompt, professional attention, and outstanding personal service
• Working with the senior management team in the training and development of new staff
