Requirements

The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

Duties Will Include

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the beverage department.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure all team members do the same.
• Identify, provide, and evaluate departmental learning and development.
• Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.
• Preparation and service of drinks.
