As Bar Manager at Poolhouse, you're responsible for running a high-volume, high-impact bar with precision, pride, and purpose. You’ll lead the bar team with clarity and confidence, ensuring smooth operations, great standards, and a lively atmosphere that keeps drinks flowing and guests smiling. From rota planning to stock control, training to floor presence, you’ll be the calm, organised centre of the action – setting the tone, pace, and standards every shift.

• Stock, wastage, and cash handling are tightly managed
