As Bar & Lounge Manager, what you'll be doing

• Leading the Bar & Lounge team, fostering employee engagement and ensuring excellent guest experiences
• Demonstrating top-tier guest care, hospitality skills, and communication
• Upholding high standards for afternoon tea, working with chefs and your team to deliver memorable experiences
• Showing a passion for cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Implementing service standards, conducting team training, developing talent, and managing rota, recruitment, and payroll
• Overseeing daily operations of the Bar and Lounge, supporting lunch, dinner, and special events
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to enhance Food and Drink offerings
• Contributing ideas and seeing them through to implementation with senior teams
• Managing health & safety, industry standards, and liquor stock control
