An amazing venue operator with a new, unique business in London, featuring 4 operations under one roof and more, is looking to hire a Bar Manager. The business is growing and adapting to the new normal. It's a lovely place to work with a good work-life balance!

The Bar General Manager role:

This role involves overseeing bar operations across four separate bars and all beverage-related activities for the entire venue. We seek someone passionate about cocktails and drinks, capable of coaching and training the bar teams. The ideal candidate will bring energy, quick thinking, trend-aware recipes, and a fun atmosphere to the venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock control and wastage management
  • Staff training
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Designing menus, purchasing, and ongoing improvements
  • Leading the F&B team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Setting targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Who will you be?
