Berkeley Scott Limited is seeking a Bar General Manager for a busy independent venue near Hull in East Yorkshire. This permanent, on-site role offers a competitive salary plus bonus structure and a clear path to leadership across a multi-site operation.

You will lead from the front, manage and develop staff, oversee profit and loss, cost menus, and ensure high health and food safety standards. A passion for lively bars and some sports experience help; training and development are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality management and leading teams.

• Good understood of food and beverage operations.
