My client is a leader in the late-night entertainment industry, with only 4 sites in London. Their portfolio includes some of London’s most vibrant venues, which is a key to their success. They are looking for a General Manager for the South London site to take on this exciting challenge. This venue will celebrate all things music, singing, and fun!

The General Manager's Role

As General Manager of this site, you will be an excellent business manager with experience in high-end, high-street, wet-led bars in London. You will lead the business, report to the Operations Director, train the team to company standards, drive sales, and focus on business development and future management succession.

Requirements

• Experience in the late-night bar scene
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven track record in developing junior managers
• Experience working with systems in a branded environment is a bonus
