We are currently recruiting for a Bar General Manager to join our exclusive Japanese Rooftop Bar and Restaurant - 8 At The Londoner.
Overview:
· As Bar General Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for 8 through upselling and excellent customer service.
· You will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
· Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
· Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team.
· Be responsible for ensuring staff training, recruitment, coaching and developing the team is at the forefront of the role, with clear training plans and objectives.
