Overview

Bar Floor Supervisor (HOT0BXJ9) at The Waldorf Hilton London, Aldwych, London WC2B 4DD. As a Bar Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of the bar to deliver excellent guest and team member experiences. A Bar Floor Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the bar to deliver excellent guest and team member experiences.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
• Deal with guests\' queries and complaints, creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Work closely with the management team, deputising in their absence, and working towards common goals.
