Bar & Events Supervisor, Large-scale Venue, London, Up to £34k + Benefits

I am super excited to be working with a leading operator in the events and hospitality sector, who provide premium bar and retail services at major UK venues. We are seeking a Bar & Events Supervisor to take ownership of all bar operations at this flagship site!

This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who thrives in a live event environment, knows bar service inside out, and can lead a team with energy and confidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all setup, service, and breakdown operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of casual staff to deliver smooth, efficient service
  • Manage bar stock and equipment – deliveries, distribution, counts, and storage
  • Ensure all operational processes are compliant with health & safety
  • Support the development and training of the bar team
  • Act as the main point of contact on event days
Experience:
