The Role:

As a Bar/Event Supervisor (Duty Manager), you’ll work closely with the Assistant Manager, General Manager, and fellow supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll take the lead on shifts, ensuring the bar runs efficiently—from mixing top-tier cocktails to managing stock and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, you’ll take ownership of planning and delivering events, from seasonal celebrations to special parties, making Kabin the go-to spot for a great time. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your hotel management skills as part of our broader hospitality team.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar—leading teams and creating a lively atmosphere
2. Experience in planning and executing events that attract and engage guests, with a flair for creativity and attention to detail
3. A people person who loves delivering excellent customer experiences and can build a fun, positive vibe for guests
4. Leadership skills to motivate and guide staff, ensuring top service standards
5. Strong organizational abilities to manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control
6. The ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
7. Bonus: Prior experience in accommodation or broader hospitality is an advantage—but we’ll also provide training in hotel operations!
