Lead the Future of Sales - Bar Brands Business Development Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a knack for driving growth? We’re looking for a visionaryBusiness Development Managerto lead our bar brands sales function and shape the future of our business development strategy.

This full-time, field-based role offers the flexibility of remote working and the opportunity to make a real impact across our bar portfolio. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, mentoring a team of hub-based BDMs, and collaborating with senior leadership to align sales strategies with our wider organisational goals.

Whether you’re a current Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Regional/Area Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or Head of Sales, if you get hospitality, thrive on building relationships, and have a proven track record of delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue, brand awareness, and new business

  • Providing market insights and intelligence to inform decision-making
