WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist bartenders with the operation and efficiency of the restaurant, banquet, and club bar areas.
• Ensure proper inventory of liquors, glassware, napkins, straws, and garnishes.
• Remove trash and keep bar areas clean, organized, and unobstructed.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs.
• Clean glassware to ensure continuous service.
• Familiarize yourself with the beverage list, including glassware used.
• Ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
• Complete closing procedures and cleaning of the bar area.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• TN ABC License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Demonstrate drive and determination.
• Propose service and product improvements.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Follow payroll and uniform procedures.
• Report and handle associate and guest accidents properly.
• Comply with all hotel and departmental policies and standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
• Be flexible to work varying schedules based on business needs.
