Your Role
As a Bar Back, you’ll be the silent force behind the sparkle—restocking, resetting, and supporting the bar team so they can focus on delivering unforgettable service. You’ll keep the rhythm flowing and the energy high.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Support bartenders during busy service with prep and clean-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar at all times.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and waste management.
• Be a friendly, helpful presence for both team and guests.
