Qualifications

  • Previous bar back experience in a high-end bar is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

We are currently recruiting for a Bar Back for The Stage Champagne Bar, located within our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner .

Overview:

· An amazing opportunity to join the team in the bar team in 8 at The Londoner as a bar back.

· You will be working in a fast paced operation therefore speed and attention to detail are critical.

. You will support the bar team by ensuring that the correct mis enplace is in place at the beginning of every shift. This includes preparation for all cocktails, a fully stocked bar and enough glassware for the opening of the shift.

. You will then ensure that the bar is fully maintained at all times so that bar tenders so not run out of items.

. You will ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy and free of obstructions at all times.

About You:

· Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is ideal. Training will however be provided.

· Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

· Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.

· Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others.
