Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Defence division, is recruiting for talented Bar Staff on a part-time basis contracted to 21.75 hours per week. You will deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks while supporting a busy bar operation.

You’ll handle payments, maintain bar cleanliness, know beverages inside out, and work as part of a team committed to quality customer experience. This role sits within Compass Group’s Defence and energy service sector, serving military and other customer

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced bar service preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages and presentation.
• Ability to handle payments (cash/credit cards).

• Keeping the bar area clean
• Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented

• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

We're currently recruiting for talented Bar Staff to help us create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 21.75 hours per week.

As Bar Personnel, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to our customers.
