Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking Bar Assistants for seasonal, part-time roles at Stowford Farm Meadows, Combe Martin – North Devon.

Join our vibrant bar team in a fast-paced environment, delivering friendly service and ensuring guests have memorable breaks at our holiday parks. You will greet guests, serve drinks and meals, maintain cleanliness, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring prompt, friendly, attentive service.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring bar area and utensils are clean.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish items, and assist with stock rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks to the highest standard and support colleagues.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, following cash handling procedures.
• Provide helpful advice to guests and promote facilities and services, addressing queries promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
