As a Front of House Team Member, you're a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable. You’ll adapt your style to suit each customer—whether it’s a quiet coffee for someone working on a laptop or a birthday celebration with cocktails, tapas and good times. You’ll work with management and the entire team, delivering shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Read and respond to different customer needs and adapt service accordingly.
  • Collaborate with management and the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Participate in the team’s shift schedule and help ensure customer satisfaction across 14 shifts.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation at all times.
