Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is hiring a Bar and Waiting Team Member for The Pancake House. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and support bar service in a busy, family-friendly setting.

Role offers flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, with full-time, part-time, permanent and fixed-term contracts. Training and team development are provided to help you thrive.

Bar and Waiting Team Member - Pancake House

Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour plus an average of £4.78 per hour in shared tips*

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

Join our The Pancake House team, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You'll handle orders, serve food and drinksand play a key role in creating great experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
• Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours

• Full-time, part-time,permanent and fixed-term (until 14th January 2027) contracts, shifts fall between 7:30am and 5:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum amount of hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
