Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is hiring a Bar and Waiting Team Member for the Pancake House. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and help keep the dining area tidy.

The role includes early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays with a guaranteed minimum of hours. The position is part-time, based on a rotating shift schedule between 7:30am and 5pm, with premium pay on Sundays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Assist with order taking and food delivery during shifts.

• Support bar service and age-restricted service when needed.

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Join our Pancake House team, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You'll handle orders, serve food and drinksand play a key role in creating great experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
• Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours

• The Pancake House is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 3:45pm
• Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 5pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of80 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
