Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Volpo Lounge, a local caf bar. You’ll deliver warm hospitality from entry, take orders, serve drinks and food, and keep the bar running smoothly across shifts. Experience isn’t essential – we’ll teach you the rest if you’re kind and love hospitality.

This flexible, hourly role includes tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and discounts on food and drinks from day one, with opportunities to grow within a growing UK brand.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Ability to read customers and adapt style across scenarios.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow in Loungers culture.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
