Job summary

St Austell Brewery is recruiting for bar and waiting team roles at Pedn Olva in St Ives, a landmark hotel with spectacular harbour views. You’ll join a dedicated team to deliver warm, memorable service and build relationships with regular guests.

You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced environment that values hospitality, teamwork and guest satisfaction, with flexible working and opportunities to progress within the company.

Job description

Pedn Olva sits just thirty feet above sapphire waters and is flanked by golden sands, enjoying spectacular views towards St Ives harbour and across the bay.

You’ll be working at a landmark hotel that attracts visitors and locals alike to its scenic bar and sun-drenched terraces. St Ives itself is a stunning location that boasts a collection of glorious beaches, with quaint streets and alleys dotted with art galleries, cafes, and shops.
