Job summary

The Borough Arms, part of St Austell Brewery, invites you to join a friendly bar or waiting team in a charming, historic pub. This part-time role offers a fast-paced environment where you’ll build relationships with regulars and deliver memorable experiences to our visitors.

We provide opportunities for in-house training, staff meals on shifts over six hours, and flexible working to fit family and other commitments, with discounts on food, drink, and stays at our pubs.

Responsibilities

• Join our bar or waiting team in a fast-paced, friendly pub environment.
• Build relationships with regulars and deliver memorable experiences to visitors.
• Help keep the front of house running smoothly and maintain a clean, welcoming space.

Job description

The Borough Arms is a charming traditional pub that’s steeped in history and blessed with spectacular surroundings.

Nestled along the famous Camel Trail, the building dates back to the 1850s when its original purpose was to service trains taking china clay from the moor down to the port at Padstow.
