Job summary

The Godolphin, Marazion is recruiting for a friendly bar/waiting team member to join our lively pub environment in Marazion. You’ll help deliver memorable guest experiences and build rapport with regulars while supporting day-to-day service in a fast-paced setting.

We offer 30% off food and drink, 50% off overnight stays in our pubs, and in-house training to support progression. Flexible hours and volunteer-friendly time off are also available.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and friendly communication ability.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and take care of their needs.
• Ensure front-of-house runs smoothly by coordinating with team.
• Keep the venue clean and tidy throughout shifts.
