You can read each customer's needs, whether they want a quiet coffee alone or a lively celebration with cocktails and tapas. You will adapt your style accordingly, working with management and the team to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring every customer leaves happy — which they usually do, thanks to your natural skills.
