About the Role

Lounges are unique places, and their charm comes from the brilliant people who run them — and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you're naturally welcoming and able to make guests feel comfortable.

You can read each customer — whether they're quietly working on their laptop with a coffee or celebrating a birthday with cocktails and tapas. You adapt your style accordingly, working with management and the team to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring every customer leaves happy — because of your natural skills.
