Join Our Team as a Front of House Member

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them — and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll naturally make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

You can read each customer's mood and adapt your approach accordingly, whether they're enjoying a quiet coffee alone or celebrating a group birthday with cocktails and tapas. You'll collaborate with management and the team to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring every customer leaves happy — which they tend to do, thanks to your natural skills.
