You can read each customer's needs — whether they prefer a quiet coffee alone or a lively group celebrating with cocktails and tapas. You'll adapt your approach to ensure every guest has a great experience. Working with management and the team, you'll deliver 14 fantastic shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy, thanks to your natural skills.
