You can read each customer. Whether it's someone with their head in their laptop wanting a quiet coffee or a group celebrating a birthday with cocktails, tapas, and good times, you can effortlessly adapt your style and approach for each. You'll work with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy — which they tend to do, thanks to your natural skills.
