About the Role

Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them — and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you're naturally welcoming and make customers feel comfortable.

You can read each customer: whether someone wants a quiet coffee with their laptop or a group celebrating a birthday with cocktails and tapas, you can adapt your approach accordingly. You'll work with management and the team to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring every customer leaves happy — which they usually do, thanks to your natural skills.
