You can read each customer: whether someone with their head in their laptop seeking a quiet coffee, or a group celebrating a birthday with cocktails and tapas, you can adapt your approach accordingly. You'll collaborate with management and the team to deliver 14 excellent shifts, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied — which they usually do, thanks to your natural skills.
