You can read each customer and adapt your style accordingly—whether they're quietly enjoying a coffee alone or celebrating a group birthday with cocktails and tapas. You'll work with management and the team to deliver excellent service on every shift, ensuring every customer leaves happy, thanks to your natural skills.
