You can read each customer. Whether someone is quietly working on their laptop or celebrating a birthday with cocktails, tapas, and good times, you can adapt your style and approach accordingly. You'll collaborate with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy — which they tend to do because of your natural skills.
